Using an STK[Sim Toolkit] Function

Huawei Mobile Partner supports the SIM Application Toolkit (STK) functions. But, please let me know how?
Just I got bit informational : That it can be done editing .xml files or Insalling a MP which have option in tools. Please share with me if anyone know. I am an end user and want to use E-commecet mCheck like feature which found in SIM. These features are provided by Service providre and normally not editable. But I just want to use those feature not edit. Do you find this valuable?
